Born into humble beginnings, Armend’s family was rescued by the United Nations during the Albanian-Serbian conflict of the late 1990s. This pivotal experience shaped his values and instilled in him a deep appreciation for opportunity and hard work. Growing up in a new country, Armend adopted an immigrant’s mentality, knowing that success comes only through effort, determination, and earning the trust of others.
